This waterfall and ponds are is called the “Ice Ponds” and it is in the back of a valley in Honolulu. It is a short walk/hike (about an hour) on a mostly paved trail. You can jump from the top into the deep pond’s fresh rain forest water. How spiritual and refreshing it is to be in the rain forest with all of the rainforest ozone.
This is yet another wonderful hike you may experience on Keanu’s Island Tours. There are more falls and ponds if you want to keep hiking farther up the valley, but you may need hiking boots or good cross-trainers to keep going.
